Conscious Transformation Energy Practices encompass two related forms of energy work, one practiced individually and the other conducted by certified energy practitioners.
Internal Energy Practice has been done for thousands of years by traditional healers, monks and others following a spiritual path. A yoga-like series of poses and breathing techniques, this practice can be done by people of all fitness levels and at all stages of life. In essence, it is a moving meditation that cultivates our internal energy, often referred to as “chi”, opening energy pathways and strengthening the body.
Conscious Transformation Energy Sessions are conducted by certified energy practitioners and are designed to balance the body’s natural energy physiology, inviting deep relaxation and access to higher states of being. Sessions are available at Conscious Transformation programs and by certified energy practitioners around the world.
